Cancellation Policy
PMaxx Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At PMaxx, we believe real development only happens when there’s consistency — from our coaches, from our players, and from our families. Our cancellation policy is designed not just to protect our time as a business, but to honor the commitment your child has made and to ensure every session delivers real value. Session Policy All cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to manage schedules effectively and maintain a consistent training environment for every player. Any session canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be marked as completed and will not be refunded or credited. This applies to all sessions — private or group — unless there is a verified emergency. If a session must be canceled by PMaxx (due to weather, coach availability, or other factors), a credit will be returned to your plan automatically and can be used to rebook at a later date. Credit Policy Returned credits stay active within your subscription and can be applied to future sessions, based on availability. If your family experiences a medical or emergency situation, please communicate with us directly — we’re committed to working with families in good faith. This isn’t just about logistics — it’s about showing up, doing the work, and building a culture of respect and discipline.
