Cancellation Policy

The PMaxx Summer Program is intentionally designed to deliver meaningful, measurable growth over an 8-week period. Enrollment is limited to families who are serious about showing up, following through, and investing in their child’s development. Our cancellation policy reflects that same standard — honoring both your time and ours. Cancellation Before Program Start You may request a full refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days before your child’s first scheduled session. If cancellation is due to a verified medical issue or family emergency, a full refund may also be granted, regardless of timing (documentation may be requested). Cancellation After Program Start Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts, vacations, or no-shows. If a legitimate emergency or injury interrupts your child’s ability to participate, we will review the case individually and may offer a partial refund, credit, or transfer, depending on the circumstances and how much of the program was completed. Flex Plan Specifics Flex Plan weeks must be pre-selected and confirmed prior to the program start date. Once training begins, Flex Plan dates cannot be changed, canceled, or rescheduled, except in the case of documented emergency or injury. Money-Back Guarantee If your child attends at least 12 of the 16 core training sessions and you do not see meaningful improvement in their skill, confidence, or consistency — we will issue a full refund.
